Was formed in mid 2008. After many years in customer-intensive industries, we realized that the support systems that were available were not sufficiently flexible and user-friendly. With this background, we decided to meet this need with a new concept which we call CIT, Customer Interaction Tracker.
Too many managers take decisions concerning the objectives and budgets do with data, ie measured values and parameters, which is not validated. Often this information is based on one/several employees and/or managers personal, subjective perception of the situation.
